Went to see Rachel for lower back pain. I'm an avid golf player, so my back pain was causing all sorts of problems, including rotation of my hips. Within a few sessions I was back on the course playing the sport I love. Thank you Rachel for all your help and advice!

Rachel was very helpful with sorting out issues when I had a problem with my leg. She listens well and her exercise programmes are easy to follow and include videos which make the exercises clear. No recurrence of the problem since following the programme.

From start to finish, initial appointment to discharge, this is a 5 Star service. I don't normally give reviews but in this instance I have to because of the level of professionalism, service and of course positive results. Can't recommend highly enough, if you have a physical injury call Rachel.

Seeing Rachel over the past months has been a game-changer in my journey back to participating in my Kung fu classes after a serious back problem. Rachel's expertise, compassion, and unwavering support have been pivotal in both my physical and mental rehabilitation. Through her personalised approach and encouragement, she not only helped me regain strength and mobility but also provided invaluable emotional support during the challenging moments. Rachel's dedication and guidance have not only prepared me to return to Kung Fu but have also instilled in me a newfound confidence and resilience. I'm incredibly grateful for Rachel's expertise and support, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional care on their path to recovery. With warm Regards K.M

Couldn’t recommend Rachel enough. Was meant to have a 45 min consultation but she didn’t hesitate to give me additional advice when the time was up. As to the exercises and rehab she recommended, 10/10. I went to previous physios who were unable to sort out the reoccurring issue. Rachel took her time to explain the issue and since doing the exercises, I’ve never felt better. Would recommend to anyone.

Rachel has done a magnificent job with my sports massage , I’ve had pain with my left shoulder and neck for years and by the time she had finished my pain has gone . I’m definitely going to make another appointment as what she has done is incredible. I would recommend anyone who needs Rachel’s treatments to book an appointment. She’s so friendly and makes you feel as ease .

I've had regular massages over the last two years which I find prevents muscle strains and pain. I've also had treatment for injuries and for improving my muscle strength. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly and it's a pleasure to deal with her.

Highly recommend! Rachel is a true expert in her field. Rachel’s knowledge about the body combined with her experience in the gym meant she was not only able to sort out my shoulder problem, but also offer great advice about exercises and improving overall strength and conditioning. If you just need a fantastic sports massage (ouch - but totally worth it) or have a more specific issue, or are looking for some solid advice and guidance to achieve a particular goal, I highly recommend Rachel Sharp Rehab. Competitively priced and a comfy massage bed too!

Rachel is a very analytical practitioner and confident practical anatomist. She has a good understanding of a client’s body limitations and uses her developed deep tissue techniques to aid recovery from injury - even if the event has occurred several years prior. She will be also be honest if her recovery techniques are not suitable for you……m.r.
