Built for Golfers Who Want More from Their Game
About Golf Rehab
Golf shouldn’t be painful or frustrating - yet that’s the reality for too many golfers
Back pain, stiffness, or a swing that just doesn’t feel right can make the game you love feel like a struggle. That’s why Golf Rehab exists. We help golfers eliminate pain, regain confidence, and rebuild power – so they can play freely, finish strong, and stay in the game for years to come.
Unlike generic physio or one-size-fits-all advice, our approach is golf-specific, built on biomechanical expertise, and tailored to your body and your swing.
How Golf Rehab Started
Golf Rehab was created to solve a problem too many golfers face – generic rehab that doesn’t translate to performance. Led by Rachel Sharp, an expert in golf-specific rehab, our approach gives everyday golfers access to the same precision and planning trusted by elite athletes.
With over 20 years in injury rehab – including more than a decade supporting military personnel, Rachel brings elite-level expertise to golf-specific performance and recovery.
After seeing the gap between standard physiotherapy and what golfers actually need, she built Golf Rehab to bridge the two – offering structured, swing-focused rehab that delivers real results on the course.

What Makes Golf Rehab Different?
Golf should feel effortless – but pain and stiffness force the body to adapt, often leading to more issues down the line.
That’s why at Golf Rehab, we don’t just treat pain; we retrain how your body moves so you can restore natural, effortless mechanics.
The goal? Swinging freely, powerfully, and without hesitation.
- A Golf-Specific System – Every movement we assess and retrain connects directly to your swing.
- Not Just Pain Relief – We build long-term resilience, confidence, and performance.
- The D.R.I.V.E. System™ s – Our proven 5-step framework designed specifically for golfers
Golf shouldn't feel like hard work. With the right plan, it can feel effortless again.

EXCELLENT Based on 32 reviews Harry Adams24 March 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went to see Rachel for lower back pain. I'm an avid golf player, so my back pain was causing all sorts of problems, including rotation of my hips. Within a few sessions I was back on the course playing the sport I love. Thank you Rachel for all your help and advice! Cath Malin15 November 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rachel was very helpful with sorting out issues when I had a problem with my leg. She listens well and her exercise programmes are easy to follow and include videos which make the exercises clear. No recurrence of the problem since following the programme. Peter Aston26 September 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rachel is a very analytical practitioner and confident practical anatomist. She has a good understanding of a client’s body limitations and uses her developed deep tissue techniques to aid recovery from injury - even if the event has occurred several years prior. She will be also be honest if her recovery techniques are not suitable for you……m.r.
